This was custom made for me using the Watters Clara as inspiration, thus there are no tags. The waist is approx 30” and the length from shoulder to hem (front) is approx 66”. I am usually a US size 6 and am 5’10- with 3” heels would’ve needed this hemmed had I worn it.
