Vintage Wittnauer Chronograph Watch Ref. 3265 Cal. 188 New Leather Rally Strap

The original silver satin dial has patinaed nicely, giving it a warm, almost champagne color in some light. Hour and minute hands show nice patina, and the blue chrono hands really pop and are in great shape. Red Telemeter track and blue Tachymeter along the edge of the dial. Watch sets, winds, and all chrono functions work and reset to zero. the top pusher is a little loose so i've attached a close up photo. I've observed it gains about 3 minutes a day. Acrylic crystal has many small scuffs and scratches as to be expected but would clean up like new if polished. Case looks like it's never been polished or refinished and is in original condition. I'm not a watchmaker so I make no claims other than the observations i already mentioned. Service history is unknown, it should probably be cleaned and lubricated. It's a really versatile size. I tend to like chunkier dive watches, yet i find this watch perfect on my wrist. The lugs and chrono pushers tend to make it wear a bit larger than the 36mm size would have you expect. Comes on a brand new handmade rally strap, which has only been worn on my own wrist a couple times while I tested the watch.
