Description: Very nice restored J.A. HENCKELS # 76 - ZWILLINGSWERK - straight razor. Razor has been cleaned, polished, honed and waxed and is shave ready. Blade is very clean and bright with only a few tiny spots. Light hone wear. See pics for more details. Finished with one layer of tape on spine on a vintage Thuringian hone. Blade width measures at just a hair under 5/8ths.Razor length is 6 1/8 inches.Jimps on bottom of shank. Blade grind is approximately a 1/2 hollow. Front side of shank is stamped - 28 - J.A. HENCKELS - TWINWORKS - SOLINGEN.GERMANY. Back side is blank. Scales are vintage butterscotch celluloid. In very good condition with honly a few necks and scratches and minimal warping. They have been cleaned polished and waxed. Pins are tight and blade closes fine.
