Her aunt Mimi knit it for her sometime around when she was born, which was 1939. It is easily 80 years old. The colors are beautiful deep red, dark green and cream. It features a couple holding hands, Santa with his sack of toys and evergreen trees. It has a loop to hang on the mantle as well. It is 21" long. Aunt Mimi was a great knitter and this vintage Christmas stocking is tightly knit and adorable.
