Description: Offered for sale is this rare SIKU approximately 1:64-scale 1962 model year CADILLAC FLEETWOOD 75 LIMOUSINE in YELLOW. The model is V209 in the SIKU range, and dates to the 1960s, is Made in West Germany (as stamped on the base), and has a diecast metal body and chassis. It was going to be a restoration / customization, but for me, too nice an example and to rare a car to alter. (The model is often incorrectly referred to as a 1961 model year by collectors, but Cadillac afficiandos will recognize the distinct 1962 grille design and the vertical taillamps as opposed to the 1961 model year horizontal units.) CONDITION: This model is USED though in excellent condition with some wear. The right taillight is missing BUT I will include a reproduction replacement light. Please review the photos closely as these are the most accurate description that I can provide....a visual picture from numerous angles. (It's sad, but I have to state that the ruler is not included in the sale!) NOTE ON SCALE / SIZE: the model is typical "Matchbox sized" or "Hot Wheels size" at approximately 1:64 scale / just over 3.5-inches. It is too long to fit in a standard Matchbox package, but would be in general proportions with a 1:60 or 1:64 car. I use the collector's catchall term of "1:64-scale" as a general guideline. If scale is of particular concern to the prospective buyer, please ask for the model's measurements, and you can calculate the scale yourself based on the real manufacturer. Unlike most SIKU models that are around 1:55, this is more "Matchbox size". It is definitely not 1:55-scale. I can combine shipping for multiple purchases shipped to the same mailing address. Thank you.
