Zephyr trains were were operated though out the US, each named to reflect the route that being traveled, California Zephyr, Denver Zephyr & Nebraska Zephyr are some examples. Ted Rose, nationally known fro his artwork focused on railroad. Ted initially focused on photographing railroad images of equipment & the people that worked in the railroad industry. In the mid 1960's Ted returned from serving in Viet Nam & shifted to painting & specializing in watercolors.
