There is a simple fix. Mount the Bottle and only install the bolts on the holes that do line up. Then use a "Center Punch" to mark the hole or holes to be drilled. Put the Center Punch in the hole on the metal U-Clip then hit the punch and mark the spot to be drilled. Remove the Bottle after you mark the spot. Then use a 1/4 inch drill bit to drill the hole.
