The plaster material can be extremely fragile when shipping. Dioramas Plus's product packages are very sturdy and insides are properly packed and cushioned. On top of that, as you will see, our warehouse pack plaster kits very well in shipping cartons with proper cushioning in order to protect product box itself. Sometimes even all these layers of protection may not be enough to prevent plaster parts being cracked during transportation. This is due to the nature of the plaster material itself. However plaster can easily be repaired with PVA glue. Whenever your kit has any plaster parts inside, please always be ready to perform some minor repairs if/when necessary.Important!
