Description: A unique book three odd year volume of bound one month newspaper editions for the Portland, Oregon based "Oregon Journal". This listing is a lot of three volumes (September 1927, November 1928, June 1938). An incredible time capsule of local Portland interest as well as national/international stories. Mostly black and white text/photos with some color portions. A great reference, there are also other sections of interest including advertising and comics. These are large oversized hard cover bound books, each measuring 21 inches high, 16 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Heavy, each weighs approximately 17 pounds. Good vintage condition, strong bindings, age-related wear, some tears/losses. Please review the photos for further condition assessment. A rare and hard to find item as not many bound newspaper books were produced. These are also great to display, due to the large size, they create an eye catching home decor presentation.
