We do not want them to be sitting at the local distribution center over the weekend. Shipping fees are non-refundable. DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival): We cannot guarantee the live arrival of packages that are not received on time due to carrier delay, whether it is due to weather conditions, holiday closures or failure to pick up or receive fish within two hours of arrival. If any fish are DOA, we MUST be sent clear photos of the dead fish 1) in the unopened bag and 2) outside of the bag within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt. Upon receiving both photos within the required time frame, a credit may be issued, excluding shipping costs. Once the fish is out of the bag, any further care is completely out of our hands.
