The black cloves become much softer comparing them to the non-fermented white regular garlic cloves. Black garlic has a sweet taste with very slight pungency and a hint of, perhaps, a fig. Use it as your food or your medicine -- the benefits are terrific. It is an excellent way to support the wellness of your heart and blood vessels and maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
