Description: A fantastic late 19th century dibber, wonderfully primitive being formed of a hedgerow found branch with an iron cup added to the tip, and remnants of a wooden handle towards the top. Originally a jutting out branch formed a perfect foothold at the bottom, but as this has become worn from use, it has been reinforced with a wrought iron bar. Totally unique piece of British folk art, could still be used, or would look wonderful mounted above a fireplace etc., or simply leaning against the wall. Measures 110 cm from one end to the other.
