Description: This is a 1995-96 Topps Finest Gold Refractor parallel card with the protective peel intact. This looks near mint to me, but some of these do have some light surface scratches. I've selected "excellent" for this reason, even though they don't show any signs of wear. ebay doesn't have anything in between "near mint or better" and "excellent", unfortunately. So, for these, there may be some light, scattered surface scratches on the peels and backs that keep them from being near mint or mint. But they're certainly better than excellent and don't show any signs of wear. So please keep this in mind when bidding and look at the pics to further gauge condition.
