Rubber Stamp Police validation on the front of the pass, "J.S. Yancy, Chief Of Police, Long Beach, California". Also "Long Beach Police Department", the signature of the photographer, and "In, Out and Around The City, J.S. Yancy Chief Of Police". In addition, there are pencil notes on the card with the date 3-10-33 and the time 5:55 am, the time of the quake. Printed on card stock, approximately 3 1/2" by 2" in size, and in fine condition, no holes, tears, creases, or other visible damage. Very scarce pass, I have not seen another.
