It's graded MS 62 by NGC and is in an older slab holder. This awesome specimen has a lot going on including a CRACKED PLANCHET visible on the reverse plus LAMINATION on the lower rim of the obverse to the right of the date! Additionally, there are MACHINE MARKS across the date! Overall, the coin has far better eye appeal than the grade suggests with smooth fields and almost no bag marks or visible gouges. Our guess is that the error elements that make this coin desirable also factored into the overall grade since it was not graded for attributes. Collectors of rare error coins will LOVE this stunning specimen. It's a 'must have' item for any serious collector!
