Description: This is a hand colored painted print from 1853 out of the book “ The Ladies Wreath and Parlor Annual”. It is of two Ruby Crowned Wren birds. Size: frame 12 inches by 9 3/4 Picture 8 1/4 by 5 1/2 Condition. Frame is beautiful probably from 40’s or 50’s. The print has some toning and a few age spots as you can see from my pictures. But this picture is very well done. There are 9 or 10 different colors I counted. For being about 175 years old looks really nice and would look great on any wall. My wife and I bought this over 30 years ago when we lived in the Philadelphia area. We collected thinking we would open a store. No store just selling on eBay now that we are retired. We had this put in an acid free matte to protect the picture. We have 100’s of bird prints that we haven’t put up yet but this is one of the nicer more primitive ones. Any questions let me know. Thx
