Description: Recone kit for the Cerwin Vega VSW120 VSW12 woofer. Red over gray foam like original. All new high precision voice coils, on ALUMINUM formers like the originals. Cerwin used aluminum formers for a reason. They are stronger and dissipate heat better than kapton, which is what everyone else uses in their kits these days. Several years, and more recones than I can count went into developing these to provide kits that not only take the pounding that I know you're going to give them, but also match the t/s parameters of the originals. These cones are pressed rather than pulp, so they are thinner but more dense, and retain the same mass as original. Kits include everything in the picture. Shims available on request. Also included is a sheet of tips and suggestions from decades of experience, along with my personal phone number should you have an issue.
